Lindsey Rae is the wedding coordinator for Cheeky Strut + Siren & Proper, we work together on all weddings as we have the same owners. Lindsey’s position is to take take care of brides — Your entire wedding hair and makeup communication will be with me from the initial quotes, getting your deposit, signing your contract, scheduling your visions with your hair & makeup stylists, scheduling your wedding day for you and your party, creating the invoice and any questions you may have in between! She is there to make sure your beauty vision for the day is perfect and stress free. Our staff gets continued education on all of the new trends which is provided by the salon. We typically have 70 brides a year and weddings are one of our favorite things!

Hollywood / Glam curls with one side pinned back.

Cocktails for sure! I like a dirty, filthy martini. Espresso martinis are close second!

We are absolutely loving the natural make up trends that are currently happening. Majority of our clients are requesting soft glowy make up with a gentle lash. We're here for it!

Through traveling and experiencing other cultures.
How did you get started in this industry?
I’ve been doing this almost 10 years- started in a salon, worked on a major bridal team in Portland,OR, and then came back to Michigan and started my own team!
