How does a profit-for-non-profit work?
All of Venue3Two's net profits are given to Equine Assisted Development and other local organizations that support families at risk, and victims of human trafficking. Learn more about our mission here.
Rental Rates
Venue3Two’s rates are subject to change however, once a contract is signed, your package price is locked in at the current price. The only extra expenses to you are optional amenities that you might select to add on to your package. Please contact our office for pricing and booking information.
Included in Booking
Included in your booking is the exclusive use of the property based on the select package. Weddings at Venue3Two always have access to the entire building from 9:00 am-12:00 am. A selection of tables and chairs are also included in each package. Click here for table, chair and furniture inventory. In addition to the space packages include on-site security, liability insurance and a Venue Coordinator on site at all times.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals are not included in Venue3Two's packages. You are welcome to add a rehearsal onto your booking. Please reach out to our office to learn more about our various rehearsal and rehearsal dinner options.
Maximum Guest Count
For indoor seated receptions in the Conservatory, Venue3Two’s Reception packages are available to parties with a maximum of 200 people. Guest counts include the bride, groom, bridal party, as well as your wedding guests. The Mansion has several hosting options for more intimate smaller events with a max guest count of 40 people seated.
Teardown + Cleanup of Facilities
Venue3Two's packages include tear down of all V32 event furnishings. Venue3Two will not be responsible for any personal belongings or rental items unless booked with our Day of Coordination Service. You are asked to clean-up your items and take them at the end of your event. We cannot be responsible for any items left on the property beyond your specified rental period. Please be sure to include the time it takes to set up and teardown your personal items and decor in your rental time.
Day of Coordination
Venue3Two’s Day of Coordination service is an additional service that clients are welcome to add to any wedding package. When adding on Venue3Two’s Day of Coordinator you will gain a team of experienced wedding professionals to help set up and manage your day. We will work with you to set up your decor, manage your ceremony so everyone gets down the aisle, and work with vendors so that every aspect of your wedding runs smoothly. We welcome outside wedding planners and coordinators and will be happy to assist them as needed. vendors
Our preferred list of Catering and Bar Service vendors have worked alongside us, promoting a positive working relationship, in order to bring you the best. Our guests are required to choose a caterer and bar service from our preferred list. We are honored to work with carefully curated professionals who we believe will take care of you and your event, no matter your style, taste, or budget. We also have a list of recommended vendors for your event, that you are not required to use. These are vendors we love to work with and will take care of your vision down to every detail.
Decorations
No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be used to hang decorations on the walls, floors, ceilings, or various fixtures. No glitter, decorations containing glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, artificial snow, flower petals (or the like) shall be permitted within the Venue or upon the grounds. Regulations require that all candles must be enclosed in a vase or votive if lit.
Alcohol
Venue3Two Staff will not serve or sell any alcohol, however you may hire an approved bartending service from our Preferred Vendor list. All bar beverages must be served by a licensed bartender off of our Preferred Vendor List. Venue3Two does not allow for shots of any kind, self service alcohol or cash bars. Smoking Policy
Venue3Two is a non-smoking & vaping facility. Any form of smoking is strictly prohibited within 20 feet of our buildings; this includes the use of cigars or e-cigs. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk with use of cigarette receptacles. Damages to furnishings resulting from cigarette or cigar burns will be deducted from your damage deposit equal to the full cost of the damaged item.
Deposit, Payments & Cancellations
A deposit of 50% of rental costs with a signed contract is required to reserve your date at Venue3Two. The final payment must be made one month prior to the event date. Payments may be made in cash, by credit card or by check. All deposits are non refundable. Cancellations or Postponements must be addressed with the Venue Director.
Discounts Offered
We offer a military discount and are willing to work with pricing for non-profit events. Please reach out to us to inquire more about our discount rate.
