Day-Of Coordination

You put the work into planning your special day, let us do the rest! Everything from timeline management to decor set-up and all the details in between. We are committed to creating an excellent experience morning to night.

 

By adding on day-of-coordination, you receive the following services:

Consultations:

  • 6-Month Site Visit: a time to meet your coordinator, go over all of the details you have gathered thus far, and create a framework of your day as it relates to your vision.

  • 1-Month Final Walkthrough: a time to finalize your floor plan, vendor information, decor, and the timeline of your day. 

Vendors:

  • With the vendor information you give us, we will introduce ourselves week-of and confirm their arrival times. 

  • We will greet and receive all of your vendors as they arrive throughout the day. 

  • We will work with your vendors throughout the night to ensure that the timeline is executed to your standard as outlined in your final walkthrough. We will manage the important moments so no one misses a beat.

Decor:

  • We will receive all aspects of your decor, create a detailed worksheet outlining your design vision, and execute your vision day-of. 

  • Our team will handle everything from laying linens to lighting candles and all of the details in between that go into creating your dream space.*

    *Please note that our team will not install any florals, large installations or assemble any large decor elements. 

Ceremony: 

  • If you have added a rehearsal with us we will manage your on-site rehearsal, instruct the bridal party on ceremony timing and placement, and ensure all details are set to run smoothly. 

  • On the day of, we will gather and line up your bridal party according to the order you provide and ensure every detail is perfect for your big moment.

Event Completion:

  • Upon event completion, your day-of-coordinator will check out with vendors, hand out tips (if applicable), secure all cards and gifts, and begin event tear-down.

  • We will gather and box up all decor and items pertaining directly to your event. You will still be responsible for removing all personal belongings upon the conclusion of your event. 

  • When all items are ready for transport, your clean-up contact can begin to load it into your designated vehicle to be taken off-site.
